CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY Cancellation/No Show Policy: Cancellations/No Show must be made at least 1 hour in advance for In-Town transfers and 2 hours in advance for Out-of-Town transfers. Management reserves the right to charge a cancellation/no show fee of the full amount of the fare without the advance notice of cancellation. If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at (407) 666-3932 to avoid the full charge “no-show” fee.
